Talking about great leaders, were they born or being made....? An impossible questions to be asking, actually... For me, there are great leaders that are born to be leaders, and there are some that is being made through their life experiences.... In Islam, the mens should be the leader especially in a family.... When they are married, automatically they must be the leader to the family.... I think this concept is not only being use in Islam, but also in other religious too.... So, from here, we can see that these leaders are born to be leaders.... Not that they had the choice to choose, but they had to be.... For me, people that is born in this world already had the knowledges and the criteria becoming a leader.... It's just that their way of life and their experiences that build their personality in becoming a person that they want to be... Not all can become a leader because it is not an easy responsible to take.... Do not take for granted the responsible's that is shouldered on a leader.... That is what i think.....
